This policy describes how KELYNS MARKETING - F.Z.E, operating the Kaly platform accessible at kaly-app.com, collects, uses, and protects the personal data of its users.

In connection with the use of the Service, we collect the following data:

• Name, email address, and WhatsApp phone number when creating an account
• Messages sent and received only via Kaly templates — we have no access to the general history of your WhatsApp account
• Google Calendar appointment data (title, date, time) — exclusively to trigger your automations
• Technical connection data (IP address, browser type)

Google Calendar: Kaly only accesses the appointments necessary to trigger your automated messages. We do not store your Google credentials and do not access any other element of your account (emails, contacts, files). This data is never used for advertising purposes nor shared with third parties for commercial purposes. You can revoke this access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

3. Legal Basis for Processing

The processing of your data is based on the following grounds:

• Performance of the contract: processing necessary to provide the subscribed Service
• Consent: for the connection to Google Calendar
• Legal obligation: retention of billing data

4. Purpose of Processing

The data collected is used for the following purposes: operation of the Service, management of user accounts, payment processing, platform security. We do not sell any personal data.

5. Data Sharing

Your data may be shared with the following categories of recipients:

• Technical service providers ensuring hosting, payment, and Service infrastructure
• Google, strictly within the scope of the Google Calendar connection
• WhatsApp, within the scope of your account connection
• Competent authorities, in case of legal obligation

6. Data Retention

• Account data and messages: duration of the subscription, then deleted within 30 days after cancellation
• Billing data: 10 years (legal obligation)
• Google Calendar data: used in real time, not stored

7. Security

We implement appropriate technical measures to protect your data: encryption in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest, secure authentication, regular backups.

8. Your Rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, and objection regarding your personal data. To exercise these rights, write to us at contact@kaly-app.com. We will respond within 30 days.

In case of disagreement over how your data is processed, you may file a complaint with the competent authority in your country of residence.

9. Automated Decisions

The Service uses automated processing to trigger WhatsApp messages based on your Google Calendar appointments. This processing has no legal impact on you and you can stop it at any time by deactivating your automations from your account.

In the event of a data breach likely to affect your rights or privacy, we commit to informing you as soon as possible by email, specifying the nature of the incident and the measures taken to remedy it.

11. Cookies

The Service only uses cookies strictly necessary for its operation (authentication, preferences). No advertising or third-party tracking cookies are used.

12. Changes

We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. In the event of a substantial change, you will be notified by email. The last update date appears at the top of this page.
